Stichting Mercy Say Yes
The "Mercy Say Yes" foundation was established to help realize the goals and plans of our church, -The Temple of the Living God-. Our motivation and drive are to connect people, to respond to the call of the spirit of God who has instructed us to first preach the gospel of the "Kingdom of God" to all people and consequently take care of widows and orphans, the homeless, those who are imprisoned in addiction- any kind of addiction; the so-called incapacitated of our society.
Many of these people need support and connection with other people to be able to stand in their power and to develop their qualities and talents. If the support and connection do not take place, many keep spinning around in vicious circles and will not come to their strength. While their stores, qualities, and talents can be important in today's world. We want more personal, individual connections. So it's high time for a change.
Secondly, offering a place to like-minded people, who share the same thoughts or beliefs, to come together to express this and worship God. We want to achieve this by:
1) The organization of (cultural) activities for the benefit of the church and society.
2) Spreading the Word of God in language and writing.
The foundation has no profit motive. The assets of the foundation will be formed by grants and donations„ legacies and heirs and anything else that is legally obtained, such as tithing, offerings, and charges. The foundation works on a voluntary basis; This means that the members of the board and any commission members are not paid for their work.
The daily management consists of a chairman, treasurer, and a secretary and will be charged with managing the foundation. The directors cannot and may not dispose of the assets of the foundation as if they were their own assets.
Our Founders
We are apostle Donny Rosalia and apostle Maritza Rosalia, founders of the ¨Mercy Say Yes¨ foundation and founders of the ¨Temple of the Living God ministries and church¨. Both the foundation and the church are seated in the beautiful city of Alkmaar, in the Netherlands. The purpose and plans of the foundation are to aid the church in fulfilling its social responsibility with support for widows/ widowers, orphans, and those on the edge of society (homeless, drunkards, and all other kinds of addiction)
Our work spans nationwide and internationally in taking care of those in need physically, mentally, and spiritually by providing practical help and spreading God's Word.
